Thank you for choosing FurryDise! We take pride in creating handcrafted, personalized memorial products to honor your beloved pets. Each of our custom pet urns and headstones is made with meticulous care, ensuring that every detail is perfect. Below is an overview of our shipping process to help you understand what to expect.

Shipping Times

Custom Pet Memorials:

  • Within the U.S.: Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery during peak holiday periods.
  • International (UK, Australia, Canada, Europe): Estimated delivery time is within 3 weeks from the order date. Delivery may extend to 4 weeks during peak holiday seasons.

Pet Portraits & Other Products:

  • Shipping typically takes up to 2 weeks for most locations. For faster delivery, you can select our "Priority Processing" or expedited shipping options at checkout.

Order Timeline

  • Design Creation: 1 to 3 business days
  • Production & Quality Assurance: 3 to 6 business days
  • Shipping: 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location

Estimated Transit Times

  • USA: 5-6 business days
  • UK, Australia, Canada, Mexico: 6-8 business days
  • Europe: 6-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-15 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free Global Shipping on orders over $79
  • U.S. Orders: Orders under $79 will incur a shipping fee of $6.95
  • International Orders: Orders under $79 will incur a shipping fee of $9.00

Important Details

  • Address Changes: Please make any changes to your shipping address within 30 minutes of your purchase. Review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if updates are needed.
  • Priority Artwork Creation: For those needing faster processing or special memorial occasions, our priority creation service ensures expedited production and quicker turnaround times.
  • Photo Submissions: Once a photo is submitted with your order, we are unable to accommodate changes or edits to the image.
  • Military Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to military addresses. If a military address is provided, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address. Should there be any additional shipping fees, we will send an invoice and proceed with your order once the balance is settled.
