Refund Policy

At FurryDise, our handcrafted products, including custom pet urns, pet memorial, are made to uniquely honor your beloved pet. We take the utmost care to ensure every detail reflects your vision. Prior to finalizing the product, we will send you an email confirmation for review and offer one complimentary modification to guarantee its perfection. Therefore we are unable to provide returns.

  • Photo Submission: All submitted photos are meticulously reviewed to ensure a high-quality finished product. If the photo provided does not meet quality standards, we will contact you via SMS and email. If we do not receive a new photo, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Returns and Shipping Costs

  • Incorrect or Modified Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Damaged Items: No need to return the item; we will ensure resolution without further hassle.

Exchanges
If the product you receive is incorrect or damaged, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. Contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. Issues that qualify for correction include:

  • Product damaged or broken upon delivery
  • Incorrect customization choices not followed
  • Misspelled lettering due to our error
  • Damage occurring during transit

Note: Low-quality or blurry photos may not yield the high-quality final product shown on our website.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@furrydise.com with product photos for prompt replacement.

  • All shipments are trackable. For specific delivery issues, contact the carrier directly. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipping, reach out to our support team for assistance with a replacement.
  • Delivered but Not Received: For packages marked as delivered but not received, allow 10 days for arrival due to potential tracking delays. If it still has not arrived, contact support@furrydise.com for further help. A one-time free replacement will be offered upon receiving a missing parcel claim from the courier. Refunds will not be issued.

Delivery Process
The carrier may reach out via the phone number provided during order placement for delivery-related questions. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after 2 tries, the package will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Note: International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Discounts and Coupons
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discounts to past orders.

Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card provider. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process. If you've taken these steps and still have not received a refund, please contact us at support@furrydise.com.
