At FurryDise, We Honor Your Beloved Pets with Unique Handcrafted Products
Our custom pet urns and memorials are made with the utmost care to reflect your vision and honor the memory of your pet. Each product is handcrafted to ensure the highest quality, and we work closely with you to make sure every detail is perfect.
Before finalizing your order, we will send you a confirmation email for your review and offer one complimentary modification to ensure your product meets your expectations. As each product is custom-made, we are unable to offer returns.
Photo Submission Guidelines
To guarantee the best possible finished product, we carefully review all submitted photos. If the photo does not meet our quality standards, we will contact you via SMS and email. If we do not receive a new photo from you, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
Important: Low-quality or blurry photos may not result in the high-quality product displayed on our website.
Returns and Shipping Costs
Incorrect or Modified Items:
We will cover the cost of return shipping for incorrect or modified items.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, there is no need to return it. We will resolve the issue for you without additional hassle.
Exchanges
If your product is incorrect or damaged, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email for qualifying issues such as:
- Product damaged or broken during delivery
- Incorrect customization choices (errors made by us)
- Misspelled lettering due to our mistake
- Damage caused during transit
Lost or Damaged Orders
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@furrydise.com with photos of the product, and we will send a prompt replacement.
Lost Shipments:
All shipments are trackable. For specific delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipping, please contact us for assistance with a replacement.
Delivered but Not Received:
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 10 days for potential tracking delays. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@furrydise.com. A one-time free replacement will be offered upon receiving a missing parcel claim from the courier. Please note: we do not issue refunds for lost or undelivered packages.
Delivery Process
The carrier may reach out using the phone number provided during checkout for any delivery-related questions. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after 2 tries, the package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Note: International shipping fees are non-refundable.
Discounts and Coupons
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discounts to past orders.
Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process. If you still haven’t received it after this time, please reach out to us at support@furrydise.com.
