Pet Urns & Pet Headstones

1. Will you send samples or previews of my order before it is shipped?

Yes, we will send you an email confirmation for review before we complete the product and offer one free revision to ensure it is perfect!

2. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the shipping costs for any necessary returns or replacements.

3. Can you make other animals?

Yes, we make unique pet urns for all over the world. From cute rabbits to pet birds, as well as exotic pets are available.

4. How can I get my pet made?

Provide clear photos of your pet from all angles (face, body, side, back), avoid top-down or blurry photos!

5. Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes! As long as you contact Support@furrydise.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and contact us immediately to make changes.
After 30 minutes, most changes (including address updates) can no longer be made. Please note that in some cases, order changes may cause delays in shipping.

6. What if the photos I submit are not of good quality?

If you submit a photo that does not meet our design quality standards, we will contact you via email or text message to request a new image. If we do not receive new photos within the specified time, your order may be canceled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. How do I care for my custom ceramic urn or memorial product?

We recommend gently wiping ceramic products with a soft cloth and avoiding abrasive cleaning materials to protect their hand-painted designs and ceramic surfaces.

1. How can I view my order?

If you have placed an order, you can check the status at any time by logging into our website and accessing your account. You can also email us at Support@furrydise.com at any time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

2. How do I use a coupon code?

You can enter the coupon code on the shopping cart page or on the checkout page.

3. Can I use a discount or promo code after placing an order?

All discounts and promo codes must be used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to use discounts retroactively.

Shipping

1. Can you ship to countries outside of the United States?

Of course you can, we offer worldwide shipping

2. How long does it take to make a pet urn for shipping?

Our customized pet urns and headstones usually take 2-3 weeks to make!

3. Can I ship to military addresses?

At this time, we are unable to ship to military addresses. If you provide a military address during checkout, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address for you.

4. Does the order include taxes?

Yes, orders include all taxes and fees.

5. What shipping method do you use?

We utilize all major carriers to deliver your custom creation quickly and reliably, including DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, USPS and FedEx. Yunexpress. Once your order has shipped, a tracking link for the carrier delivering your order will be provided.
