We Honor Your Beloved Pets with Unique Handcrafted Products

At FurryDise, we create custom memorials and urns that capture the love and personality of your cherished pets. Every item is carefully handcrafted or AI-personalized, made one by one to ensure it reflects your vision and honors your pet’s memory with the respect and individuality they deserve.

Because each piece is uniquely made to order, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom Orders & Approval Process

  • Before your order enters production, we will send a preview via email for your final approval.

  • One complimentary revision is included.

  • Once the preview is confirmed, the order becomes final and moves into production.

  • Custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after confirmation unless defective.

Photo Submission Guidelines

  • We evaluate all submitted photos carefully.

  • If a photo is blurry, low-resolution, or unsuitable, we will contact you via SMS and email.

  • If no replacement photo is provided within the requested time, your order will be canceled and fully refunded before production begins.

⚠️ Important: The quality of your photo directly impacts the final product. High-resolution, clear images are required.

Special Notice About AI-Generated Products

Some of our products are based on AI-generated designs customized to your requests.
While we strive to replicate the AI preview as closely as possible, minor differences in appearance, color, and detail are normal due to the handcrafted nature of production.

By placing an order for an AI-based product, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations based on such differences will not be accepted.

Handcrafted Production Timelines & Cancellations

Due to the highly manual crafting process, some items — especially detailed custom memorials — may require extended production times of up to 8 weeks.

If you request a cancellation after production has started, a cancellation fee of 30% of the product price will be deducted from your refund to cover materials, labor, and design costs already incurred.

Damage & Defects

If your product arrives damaged or contains a production defect, we are here to help.

  • Please email us at support@furrydise.com within 30 days of receipt.

  • Include clear photos showing the damage.

  • We will promptly arrange a free replacement.

  • In most cases, returns are not required for damaged items.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Missing Packages:

  • All orders include tracking.

  • If your package hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipping, please contact us for a free replacement.

Marked Delivered but Not Received:

  • If the courier marks it delivered but you didn’t receive it, wait 10 days for any delayed updates.

  • Then contact us. After a missing parcel claim is filed, we will issue a one-time free replacement.

  • Refunds are not provided for missing or undelivered packages.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the carrier cannot complete delivery after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  • Upon receipt, we will refund the order amount minus any international shipping costs (which are non-refundable).

Exchanges

We gladly offer free corrections if:

  • The item contains a manufacturing defect.

  • We made a mistake in customization (e.g., wrong name or design).

A prepaid return label will be provided if needed.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
They cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases.

Refund Eligibility

  • The item arrives damaged or broken.

  • There is a clear production defect.

  • We are unable to complete your order due to quality issues (e.g., unusable photo without replacement).

Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after approval.
