Please review the following shipping policy to understand our process, timelines, and commitment to excellence:

1. Shipping Times

Custom Pet Memorials (Urns, Headstones, Jewelry, etc.)

  • United States: Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

  • International (UK, Australia, Canada, Europe): Orders usually ship within 3 weeks. Delivery may extend to 4 weeks during high-demand periods.

Important: Many of our memorial products are individually handcrafted or highly personalized.
Due to the artisanal nature of these items, longer production times are normal and expected to ensure the highest quality.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding throughout this meaningful process.

Pet Portraits & Other Products

  • Standard shipping time is up to 2 weeks for most locations.

  • Faster delivery is available by selecting Priority Processing or Expedited Shipping at checkout.

2. Extended Production Times for High-Demand or Handcrafted Items

Certain handcrafted or highly customized products may require extended production times of up to 8 weeks (2 months), especially during periods of high demand.
We deeply appreciate your patience, as quality craftsmanship requires time and dedication.

If you have an urgent need (e.g., an upcoming memorial service), please contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate priority production whenever possible.

3. Order Processing Timeline

Shipping 5–15 business days (depending on destination)

4. Estimated Transit Times (After Shipping)

  • USA: 15–30 business days

  • UK, Australia, Canada, Mexico: 15–30 business days

  • Europe: 15–30 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, and other external factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs

  • FREE Global Shipping for all orders over $79.

  • U.S. Orders under $79: Shipping fee of $6.95.

  • International Orders under $79: Shipping fee of $9.00.

6. Important Shipping Information

  • Address Changes: To ensure prompt delivery, any shipping address changes must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this window, changes may not be guaranteed.

  • Priority Artwork Creation: For urgent or time-sensitive needs, we offer priority creation service during checkout, ensuring faster processing and shipment.

  • Photo Submissions: Once submitted, uploaded photos for personalized products cannot be modified. Please review your images carefully before finalizing your order.

  • Military Addresses:
    At this time, we cannot ship to military (APO/FPO) addresses. If a military address is entered, our team will contact you for an alternative.
    Any additional shipping fees must be paid before the order is dispatched.

7. Refunds for Custom and Handcrafted Products

Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of many of our products, once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are subject to a partial fee.

  • If a refund request is made after production has started (including design, material preparation, or crafting stages), a non-refundable fee of 30% of the product price will be deducted to cover materials, labor, and customization work already incurred.

  • Fully customized and personalized items (such as engraved urns, custom portraits, or handcrafted jewelry) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once substantial progress has been made on production.

We kindly encourage all customers to review their order carefully before confirming, and to contact us promptly if any modifications are needed.
